With roots in underground techno and global festival culture, he arrived already immersed in building software to solve problems in booking and artist management—driven by his own experience of burnout, healing, and a desire to bring systemic change to the creative industries.
At the start, Frederick sought to bring structure to his process-diving into classical execution planning, learning frameworks like OKRs, smart goals, and Gantt charts. But midway through, he experienced a profound realization: his instincts, not instruction, had always been his creative compass. He discovered that traditional roadmaps didn’t match the unpredictable, emotionally-driven environments he was building for-or the way he himself worked best.
Through the bootcamp, Frederick didn’t just build a product-he built a philosophy.
